In this free lesson, I'm teaching you how I paint a flower with acrylics. This is a little sneak peek into how I go about a painting from beginning to the final bloom!
Step 1:
On a painted black canvas, using chalk, draw out your flower bouquet.
Step 2:
Globbing pinks, reds, and white on my paint brush, I start painting in the flower shape. Add in streaks of blues and oranges for more depth.
Step 3:
Add fun papers!! You can use paper with patterns, tissue paper, napkins, anything that sparks joy! Tear it in pieces and add to your flower for extra bits of whimsy!
